I
am writing to you in connection with our 4 August move from Seaforth
to the above address. It has been twenty-five years since our
last move and while the memories have faded somewhat, we were
not looking forward to what the removalists would do to us, and
ours!
However,
to say we were pleasantly surprised by your people would be an
understatement - we were very impressed. Beginning with Simon,
we liked his friendly, courteous approach, his punctuality, and
the fact that he prepared his quote there and then. Marton was
our next contact and he impressed us with his courtesy, flexibility
and efficiency. But we were still sceptical, this was surely just
part of the softening-up process to prepare us for the worst!
But
from the moment Graham with his smiling face, pulled up on time
in front of our house in one of the biggest trucks we had ever
seen, until the job was finally finished at around 10.00pm the
following day, we witnessed a faultless operation. We cannot commend
the team too highly. Ably led by Graham, Dallas, Andrew and CJ
(?) worked efficiently, carefully, cheerfully and courteously
all day. The job was made more difficult because we were moving
from 48 squares into a twelve square house. These men are a credit
to your organisation.
We
apologise for the delay in making these comments, but life has
been pretty hectic over the last few weeks.

Ambrose
& Sons were contracted to relocate Imperial Eastman Pty Ltd
from their premises in Seven hills to Wetherill Park when integrated
with Dayco Pacific Pty Ltd.
I
was directly involved with this move as my Position with Imperial
Eastman was Managing Director, and therefore one of the people
responsible for the selection.
We
chose Arnbrose & Sons based on both the presentation of their
quote, price and the flexibility they offered in the proposal.
As we had a large number of line items that need to be moved that
required removal from specific location within our shelving bins
and relation into the appropriate location at Wetherill Park.
In
addition to the items being moved the shelving itself needed to
be dismantled and reassembled at Wetherill Park in a different
layout than at Seven Hills. This was completed with a professional
team of people who certainly knew what they were doing. The team
that performed the relocation was to our expectations and worked
with our warehouse staff to make the move as painless as possible
considering the number of items to be moved and the range of sizes
that wore involved.
All
parts were individually packed and identified with their part
numbers to eliminate mixing and all boxes marked with the new
location they were going to which made for easy unpacking and
locating into the rearranged shelving.
I
would have no hesitation in using Ambrose & Sons again to
move any items required by this company.
